1. User Document Ownership
Users retain all existing copyrights, trademarks, and ownership rights in documents processed through Kompres PDF.
Because processing takes place locally inside your web browser, our application does not take custody of, reproduce, publish, or publicly distribute your files.
2. Platform Intellectual Property
All visual interfaces, source code, logos, documentation, and design assets associated with Kompres PDF are the exclusive intellectual property of Kompres PDF or its licensors, protected by international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.
3. Copyright Infringement Notices (DMCA)
If you believe content residing on our web service infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal notification to our designated legal contact: [Legal Contact Email - See Configuration]
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:
