हमारी कम्प्रेशन उपयोगिता के तकनीकी प्रदर्शन और सीमाओं के बारे में महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी।
1. No Guarantee of Specific Compression Ratios
PDF compression efficiency depends fundamentally on the structure, stream encodings, and assets within each input document. While image-heavy scanned PDFs can frequently achieve 40% to 80% size reductions, documents containing primarily vector graphics, subsetted fonts, or pre-compressed images may see minimal reductions.
Kompres PDF does not guarantee that every document will achieve a specific percentage reduction or that the resulting file will be smaller than the original.
2. Target-Size Compression Best Efforts
Our target-size compression tool (e.g. compressing to 100 KB, 200 KB, 500 KB, 1 MB, or 2 MB) uses heuristic optimization algorithms to reach the specified file size limit while preserving document legibility.
Achieving an exact target size without catastrophic quality loss is not mathematically possible for all documents. When a document cannot reach the requested target without rendering text unreadable, the algorithm provides the closest balanced output possible.
3. User Responsibility to Verify Documents
Users must inspect all compressed documents before sending, printing, publishing, or submitting them to official portals, government institutions, employers, or academic registries.
We do not assume responsibility for rejections, missed submission deadlines, or visual defects resulting from unverified compressed documents.
4. No Legal or Archival Advice
The information and tools provided on Kompres PDF do not constitute legal, financial, tax, archival, or regulatory compliance advice. Users requiring long-term PDF/A ISO archival compliance should consult certified digital preservation specialists.
5. Service Availability
We endeavor to maintain uninterrupted availability, but we do not warrant that our service will always be bug-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every browser version and operating system.
