Kompres PDF is provided solely for lawful document management, compression, and optimization purposes. You may use our service for personal, academic, non-profit, or commercial document workflows provided you comply with all applicable laws and these rules.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- System Disruption: Attempting to overwhelm, flood, or launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against our edge network or servers.
- Malicious Content: Using the application to process, package, or distribute malicious files, trojans, ransomware, or exploits.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Compressing or distributing documents that infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets of third parties without proper authorization.
- Automated Abuse: Deploying automated scrapers, headless bots, or scripts that bypass human interface controls without express written consent.
- Security Evasion: Probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities in our infrastructure without prior authorization.
3. Monitoring and Enforcement
While we do not inspect your document contents due to client-side processing, we reserve the right to deploy automated rate-limiting and firewall rules at the network layer to mitigate abusive traffic patterns.
